Hello there! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes in the healing power of authentic relationships.  It is my goal to create a space in which you can feel safe to face the challenges that are holding you back from reaching your potential.  I see every person as unique in their life experience and personality, and therefore I tailor my therapeutic approach to fit the needs of the specific client.

I see clients in a variety of capacities including adolescents, couples, families and adults. I have extensive experience and success in working with adolescent clients, individuals/families struggling with addiction, and issues related to phase of life challenges.  My goal in working with clients of all ages is to bring into focus the barriers that are preventing them from thriving and to cultivate their own abilities to overcome such challenges. This can only be accomplished with the development of trust and mutual respect in the therapeutic relationship.

I obtained my Master’s of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Long Beach. With a desire to treat people of different age, ethnicity, and gender, I received clinical training throughout my academic career that gave me the opportunity to provide therapy to a wide array of clientele.  Since my formal education I have gained a wealth of experience woking in both private practice setting, as well as in the field of addiction as a Program Coordinator and Clinical Director.

When I am not in the office or spending time with my spouse and two children, you can usually find me surfing at one of Orange County’s local beaches. I fell in love with the sport at a very young age and it remains one of my greatest passions to date.
